no it's not. 22/7 = 3 r 1. 10/7 = 1 r 3. 30/7 = 4 r 2. 20/7 2 r 6. at this point we're at 3.146. it's CLOSE but it's not the calculation. Simple way to prove that 22/7 is a rational number.
