the customer is not always right! and it's been my expieriance that you can tell who you're going to have trouble with right off. We try to accomidate them, but they are NOT always right. there was a lady that came in today... here's the jist of it, but not the actual senario. 24 hour photo developing. dropped of at 11:59 PM. she tries to pick it up at 12:02 AM the next day. 'BUT IT SAYS NEXT DAY OR FREE!!! I WANT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER!' blah blah blah. work is for idiots that don't win the lotto. and only idiots win the lotto... which increaces my chances tremendously. I like to break into a unilateral facial tic or say something like "would you like to see my tatoo?".
