  Hey Tetra -- well, that's what I get for trying to ascribe some kind of personaliy trait to a cockroach... For a laugh, YOU might appreciate another loveable cockroach (maybe not) -- by the author: Don Marquis. He wrote "Archy and Mehitabel" (circa 1930's) about a cynical, typewriting cockroach named Archy, and Mehitabel the cat who's in love with him. Archy is always trying to throw bricks at Mehitabel's head because she annoys him to distraction. Anyway, it's still in print, but libraries may have the older copies. Don Marquis is a genius wit.
