OK. I apologise for bringing this back to the attention, as it was almost 2 years ago, but why shouldn't I..... We're talking ATM as in a cashpoint, right? Are your fees higher than the traditional 'British' 1%? Of course, it rightly made news, but is it such an important matter that suing and countersuing are relevant? Maybe I'm missing something... I dunno.

No, see this is California, importance and lawsuits are
completely unrelated concepts.
