No and that's a hypothetical. Nobody would recommend treatment while still testing the "suspicious powder". And Cipro is out of line as a prophylactic measure. But it's all moot anyway, since it turned out to be some unspecified non-anthrax substance. Our management is being completely useless as far as telling us definite facts, beyond that minimum. I can't tell if this is due to malice, disgregard, stupidity, or some gumbo of all those and more.
