Amused, But Soon It'll Be All Over. by Kid. on 2002-06-29 01:02:23

This great summer of sport that we've started has been great. We've had the streets of Seoul a-buzz with so many joyous and expectant football fans, we've had an England series victory against Sri Lanka inspired not in part by a Yorkshireman, or two. We've even had that tennis in-joke storming out of an interview. What's next?

Yeah kinda, they claim to be Brits... but should the taliban launch a full scale war on the UK, we'll see if they're patriotic or not. I have some fairly contraversial views on this. PS, how do everyone. i thought I'd bless you with my words.

eh? not into cricket? 'England series victory against Sri Lanka inspired not in part by a Yorkshireman, or two' is referiing to us beating them in the natwest series (i think) but then we go and loose 2 india, good old england. and as for Shlong's patriotism comment, well if he(or she? i dunno) saw how many flags were up a week ago then he would know the answer

  Yorkshire....so close...so close...no.
If Henman loses, we'll be saved from the gimp on his plethora of adverts for the rest of Wimpleton. Sorry, I came over all Greg (Canada - goose?) Rusedski.
