You need to know critical things regarding lifestyle. Will they be up until all hours every day and disturb you? Are their friends undesirables? Erm...just think of worst-case scenarios, and ask around them?

My first question would be; Can you help me dispose of the body bag in the freezer?. If they said "Yes", they'd get the gig.
