Sadly, a sailor returning from the war was playing football on the deck of his carrier. He apparently tripped and fell into the water!!! Search and rescue proved for naught... The carrier was only 900 miles from shore... This scenario sucks don't you think? The guy's been ALL the way over there, fought in the war, spent god knows how many hours onboard ship (urp), made it safely through ALL the shit, and, made it ALL the way back and dies in some bizarre fashion only miles from safety and homeland. True story on the news just the other day... R.I.P sailor (we hardly knew ye...)

Funny how things work sometimes, but maybe there was a purpose for his death, maybe If he would have returned home he wuld have just come down with some terrible disease and spent many more hours of pain and suffering? You never can tell.

| It think that situation really does suck!! Poor guy... but im a believer in that you have a time to die and when your time comes up ur gonna go no matter where or what you are doing. | |
