England vs. America? At what? They're two landmasses, one with upward of 250,000,000 inhabitants and one with less than 70,000,000 - that's about 4:1 by my Maths.
The only difference between the two countries is that in America, a group is viewed as one entity whereas in England, they are not.
Aerosmith is in the house
Aerosmith are in the house.....you see? That's the only difference...not.
