You got type "A" bloood eat more legumes and beans it says here in my "Eating for A Blood type" book. All kinds of beans it recommends. Well, in Mexico and Guatemala, beans is in yo. In fact it keeps many of the poorer folk alive and vibrant I might add, especially when fortified "grape juice" is added to the mix.
