  Yes. The bits you know are from the roots. Latin name Manihot esculenta. (OK, I c+p-ed that)

By the way, "tapioca circumsise" is a googlewhack!!! AWESOME, my first one!! (Though now i've written it here, there'l probably be 2 results!

  You four-star, fully leaded numpty. You spelled 'circumcised' incorrectly. I didn't notice until I tried to search for it, to see if you were right. You weren't - there were 8-12 of them. Then thought "I bet the bison-troubador spelled it wrong. And lo and behold....

Nice try though, and you're still technically right.
