I like this problem because it's difficult to make a terrible mistake no matter what you decide. If it's about the money go USA. The exchange rate heavily favors the Euro or pound/quid/sterling (you know, the current fashionable term for Brit currency) whatever your converting for US $.Though best of all we speak English and unless the dialect is trailer park redneck you should receive a high degree of understanding for whatever words you seek to indicate meaning.
