It would be *speak* english, not "talk" english. And would you like to know something else? Stupidity is in the eye of... people who think they are better than everyone else. Don't get me wrong, I don't worship at the throne of G.W. Bush, but I think most of the American public is not in the position to judge stupidity. Let's let policy, and not simply extemporaneous words, determine a person's mental capabilities. And to be quite honest, most of the people I find criticizing "Bushy's" grammar/ verbal aesthetics, speak and write at about the level of a 7th grader. So get on up off uv yo' ha' howrse, 'fo' you fawl off. ~A little social commentary by The New And Improved Generations- Jump Back all you "wanna be" hippy post baby boomers- you're all so spoiled, you and your nuclear weapons freeze campaigns!
