SATAN DRIVES TO WORK

  Geek Hour

6 December 1998

Just another Sunday spent reading and smoking and sleeping and grinning like an idiot at the sun shining through the pine needles outside my window. Not much to document. My big plans for the remainer of the day - another assault on Underworld by Don deLillo, because I accidentally rediscovered it while strip-mining my bedroom looking for something, and I don't have anything else new to read.

So I'll just leave you with this special holiday treat forwarded on to me by my friend Saul:

Willfully blind self-indulgent nebbish or amusingly quirky old coot? And how bout that local sports team? Discuss among yourselves.

All names are fake, most places are real, the author is definitely unreliable but it's all in good fun. Yep.
