Superman would fly to all the oil refineries and suck up all the petrol, and then spit it out, bit by bit, into people's tanks (all done faster than a speeding bullet or course). He could then repeat the process with diesel or whatever. Obviously. He just doesn't WANT to - he's a big Labour supporter you know - that's why he wears his RED pants OVER his blue leotard.
