i read the jar of my ovaltine jar that is from the earily 1980's and i think you misread "beef extract"... on my jar is stays "beet extract", except the "t" is in a different font... so i might be "bee extract" or "beet extract"... either way i don't think there is any beef in it... does anyone know where i can get some ovaltine products?
