I think there are three different categories of people with bad grammar. A. People like myself, who are just lazy bastards and do not always make corrections and tend to be incoherent. ^_^ B. People who haven't had a good education. I pity them, and I don't think we should make fun of them. c. People who don't even make an attempt at good grammar.
