Welcome to the sister page of 'Wishes and Whines' except here, you only have to whine, moan, and groan like two old men in the crapper. I commence...

Today my (Spanish) bird found out that she can NOT return to study at my university this year, after they made her do so much shit to apply for it - obviously giving the impression that her chances were good. We knew today would be the day that we found out... and it wasnt good! Sometimes life can just turn round and kick you in the bollocks, y'know? In... the... bollocks! Shes coming to stay with me for 2 weeks a week on sunday, but y'know, its 2 weeks, not 8 months! And to make things worse, I now, in 10 minutes start the first of 5 consecutive 1 hour long seminars, 2 of which i have no idea what they are talking about, the other where i have to do a presentation i havent even prepared, and the other is italian, with a girl who has the shittest hair-do in all of Kent! Dont start with me today, guys!

I'll only give you a 6.5 out of 10.0 for that one.

And then ive just found out my best mate down here is moving to another house, much further away to mine now. Its a lot mroe convenient for him, but he was right near the kebab shop before, and it was easier for walking back at night, and walking up in the mornings. no more pissed up walks down Eliot Footpath. And now i go to the worst 2 hours of my week, toa course called - Paris: Myth or Reality. Its bollocks! Utter bollocks! Rank me!

That just about sums up the course, Tetra! Its so bad! ANyway, as this subject seems as though it should be renamed to: Wash's Unlucky Life, Ill fill you in on the remaining details of yesterday: So I thought after all that had gone on, i deserved to get pissed, so me and two mates did so in my room, and then went up Eliot footpath and over to the student village. However, en route, in a car park, we thought it would be a good idea to walk over some cars. We did so, setting one alarm off, so we ran (like fools) and were soon surrounded by 5 policemen and a police car. Heavy, huh? If damage to the car is reported we will be fined (Job: Needed). We have been individually called for a meeting with the University master. Happy now, Tommie! I think this deserves more than a 6.5!!!

Well this is a fun day, waiting for an email telling me to see the College Master to get ass-raped by him! How fun!

In view of the addendums to your original entry, I am willing to reevaluate my score. But I would like to hear the outcome of your last entry before doing so... this one could redefine the scale!

Let's see... (1) I have not even got an international romance to whine about. (2) Last month I got a promotion with no raise, so now I get to supervise three times as many people without getting any more money. (3) This week I found out there is a hiring freeze, so they are not going to replace my old position, so now I get to do TWO jobs for the same salary. (4) At the quarterly meeting, they announced that we did not make our numbers for the third quarter, so they are counting primarily on the products from my now severely understaffed group to make it up before the end of the year. (5) About a half hour after this meeting, my body decided it couldn't take this anymore and I had to go throw up in the bathroom. About 4:00, I threw up in the bathroom again, just because apparently I did not get the message the first time. (6) So I am still supposed to do all of this stuff to make up the shortfall in three months full of holidays, but I already lost almost a whole day being sick. That is all.

Thats the spirit, Amelia! At least two of us are having a rough time. To add to MY moans and groans, i drank a killer cocktail yesterday, and threw up severely outside a friends house, and then again in my friends bin, all my clothes now are stained with a red wine based vomit, and i have to walk home from my mates house to change clothes, except I have no clean clothes, so im going to have to do the washing, which i HATE, but i want to eat first, except i have no food, so i will have to buy food, except i have no money....and so on. On the bright side, my girlfriend is coming next sunday, and i havent YET been thrown out of university! Oh, and England have qualified for the World Cup - excellent :-)

A stern talking to, a £20 fine, and a letter of appology to the car owners and to security for wasting their time. Had there been any damage on either car, we would have been down to the police, and would have been made to pay for any damage, and faced a possible criminal record. Gotta go now, a class is overruling my public PC room! Bitches! More later, Wash!

Well, ive paid the fine, and applogised to the car owners and security with a written apology, and also to a nice spanish girl who i almost threw up all over saturday night. The sun is shining, i have a clean slate, and am going to celebrate tonight by getting pissed. Now who's the sexy bitch, Kid? By the way, i got an SMS from Wharton this morning, asking me if i remembered in 11F (Schlong) when we used to take the piss out of Elson sniffing? I replied: Yes!

OK, I'm a little weary here, I'm waiting for more music to download and PdC is the only site that'll load up, as you can see. But, as the title suggests, I'm wonderfully not unhappy. I'm not happy. I so rarely am, and that is the thing that is annoying me today. I want to be happy. Not just average. It'll come I'm sure, but I think I deserve it. Mock me, please.....

Let's try to look at the bright side of things boys and girls! You're all so down about little things. You're still breathing aren't you? You've got food, shelter? Hell, you even get to drink with friends! What more do you want? I am sick and tired of whiners, groaners and moaners. Why don't you go and do something about the situation? And if you can't do anything about it, learn to stop worrying. Jesus, you remind me of myself...

I do so love people who are clueproof.
What did you think a topic named 'Moans and groans' would be about, logical positivism? If you don't like it, DON'T FUCKING READ IT. Leave. Shoo.

OK OK OK OK - what I *meant* to say is... um.... These young people today! So full of complaining! Why, when we were their age, we had to sneak into the computer lab in the middle of the night just to play Boggle on a Wang terminal!

And another thing! The mice are back in my apartment stronger than ever. I am afraid to pull out the bookcase where they have been living. I bought two large boxes of poison yesterday. The question is, can I poison them faster than they can breed? Last year, the answer was no. This year, I shall become the Lucrezia Borgia of the rodent world. Otherwise, I shall come home from my trip last month and find them sleeping in my bed.

I had a dream last night, in which there was a rat running around my room. I dont mind the creatures, but i was trying to get to sleep, and it wasnt easy catching it when they can walk on the ceiling, and runb at about 100mph. Fortunately, my cat was in the room, trying to catch it, doing a much better job than me. Still, Vermin: Bastards.

My mouth tastes like pure alcohol sewage, my head hurts, a lot, and every muscle in my body is stiff. Played football yesterday with a hangover, went out drinking at night and now have an even worse hangover than yesterday, with severe stiffness in the upper body and limbs. Ouch!

69 replies. Just reminged me, when me and my bird and Tobby went to Bath last year, we had to wake up very early to get the bus. Of course we slept on the bus, but somehow, me and bird ended up sleeping in a humourous 69 position, which Tobby though would make a good photo. I received it today on email, as did ALL the friends from last year. Kind of embarassing, but kinda cool! Its a good picture!

I absolutely LOVE this topic!!!!!!
Man, how fun remembering the hard times, even though they were pretty freakin' awesome at the same time!!!
And i'm happy, very happy to say, 3.5 years later: ...NO REGRETS!!!
(It did actually just cause my physical and mental pain writing "3.5 years" there). I can't believe it all happened so long ago. And here i am, doing pretty much the same crap today.
And I love it.

Also, does anyone else at times feel like they love this site too much? Last night i had a dream that i was in my regular cyber café here in Santiago, and I heard two jackasses behind me, talking about plasternig a site with poker adverts. Would you believe it, they were on pdc, doing their all to wreck the site. I went over to them, and simply beat the crap out of them.
THAT'S how much i love pdc!
